Currently, our boutique videography service is exclusive to Melbourne and surrounding Victorian regions. This allows us to maintain a hands-on, high-quality standard for every film we produce.

Browse our Musicians page, select your state and act type, then click + Quote on any acts you love. Once you've built your shortlist, submit an enquiry with your event details. We'll confirm availability and send a personalised quote within 24 hours.
No payment is required when you submit an enquiry. We confirm availability with your chosen musicians and send a personalised quote first. A deposit is only required once you're happy to proceed and want to lock in your date.
We recommend booking music at least 3–6 months in advance, and videography 10–16 months ahead — especially for popular Saturday dates during peak wedding season (October–March). That said, reach out regardless and we'll always do our best to accommodate.

Not necessarily. While some music packages focus on specific parts of your event (e.g. ceremony and cocktail hour), you can still choose a comprehensive videography package that covers your entire day. Our film team stays to capture the full story, even after the live music has concluded.
Yes! Professional MC services are available as an addition to any music or bundle package. Your MC will handle all formalities — from bridal party introductions to coordinating with your venue, photographer and speeches. See our Packages page for details.
Absolutely. All our musicians work from extensive repertoire lists and welcome song requests. If you have a specific first dance song or special request, let us know when you enquire and we'll confirm whether your chosen artist can accommodate it.
All our musicians come fully self-contained with their own professional PA system, lighting where applicable, and all required equipment. Some venues have their own in-house sound systems — let us know your venue and we'll coordinate everything accordingly.
While this is an extremely rare occurrence, we have contingency plans in place. We maintain a wide network of professional musicians across Australia and will arrange an appropriate replacement of equal quality. Your event will not go without entertainment.
Yes. WBC Entertainment and our musicians are fully covered by public liability and equipment insurance. If your venue requires a certificate of currency, simply let us know and we'll provide it.
We offer four packages: The Legacy Collection (5–6 min highlight + full ceremony + speeches), The Cinematic Short (3–4 min highlight film), The Formalities Edit (full ceremony + speeches), and The Ceremony Film (ceremony coverage only). See full inclusions on our Videography page.
We typically deliver your full video gallery within 10–12 weeks of your wedding date. We also offer a priority delivery add-on if you'd like a faster turnaround. Your films are delivered via a private online gallery accessible on your phone, tablet, laptop and Smart TV.
Our cinematographers use hand-selected, professionally licensed soundtracks chosen to match the specific aesthetic and energy of your wedding. Our music and film teams work together on-site to ensure the vibe of the film perfectly reflects the atmosphere of your celebration.
Absolutely — this is one of the biggest benefits of bundling with WBC. Our teams are used to working alongside one another, ensuring seamless flow, better coordination for key moments, and a unified creative vision for your final film.
Yes. Roughly five weeks before your wedding we schedule a planning meeting to go through your run sheet in detail, confirm song choices, timing and any final logistics. This ensures everyone is perfectly aligned on the day.
Yes. We pride ourselves on working closely with venues, event coordinators, photographers and other suppliers to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. We handle all logistics so you can focus entirely on enjoying your day.
All our musicians arrive well ahead of their scheduled performance time — typically 45–90 minutes prior — to allow for full setup, sound check and any last-minute adjustments. Exact setup requirements are confirmed during your planning meeting.
